PHOTOGRAPHER PRESS CARD
The International Photographer Press Card is awarded to 25 finalists selected from among the photographers who received at least two votes from the final jury.
The selection process is conducted by the Association of Photographers "Eurasia" (APE), which is a FIAP Operational Member, and by the contest organizers. The main selection criterion is the regular publication of well-received photographs on the contest exhibition website — foto.d3.ru
The Photographer Press Card identifies the holder as an outstanding photographer, a press-accredited member of the АРE, and a winner of the FOTOAWARD photography contest.
This Card can help facilitate access to events or locations. While it does not serve as official accreditation for specific venues or events, it may simplify the process of obtaining such permits or accreditations and ease the corresponding access. It can also help explain the photographer’s status in sensitive situations — for example, on the street, in a crowd, or near law enforcement.
If necessary, the card’s validity may be easily verified online by authorities.
The cardholder is solely responsible for complying with all relevant local laws and regulations.

The card is made of durable, laminated plastic and provided in two sizes: badge size and credit card size with gold embossing.
It features a QR code, holograms, a unique identification number, and an expiration date. A special lanyard is included.
The recognition and acceptance of Press Cards may vary across different countries.
This Press Card is issued in English and is not intended for use within the Russian Federation to serve as a journalist ID under the meaning of the Law of the Russian Federation No. 2124-1 "On Mass Media".
Two cards and a lanyard are produced and delivered free of charge within the Russian Federation. The cost and delivery options for other countries are communicated and agreed upon in advance with the recipient, who covers only additional postal expenses.
It is valid for approximately 15 months and may be suspended in case of any violations.
